The report describes the company’s 2015 operating and sustainability performance, including Group proceeds of 166.7 billion rubles, 56 implemented energy-saving activities, environmental protection measures, and a workforce of 16 109 employees. Environmental programs included emissions-reduction actions, water-efficiency work, waste management, and treatment-facility improvements. The report also records one workplace injury and two accidents with no injured persons, alongside extensive personnel training and social programs.
