Annual Report

The report presents NN Group's integrated 2022 financial and sustainability performance, including its first Climate Action Plan and a net-zero roadmap covering own operations by 2040 and investments and insurance underwriting by 2050. It reports workforce growth to 16,104 people and continued progress on diversity and inclusion. Environmental disclosures include Scope 1, Scope 2 and limited Scope 3 emissions, energy consumption, renewable electricity and waste metrics. The report also describes group-level materiality assessment, TCFD reporting, EU Taxonomy eligibility disclosures and limited assurance by KPMG.
