Annual Report

The report presents NN Group's integrated 2024 financial, strategic and sustainability performance, including its first separate ESRS-based Sustainability Statement. It uses a Double Materiality Assessment to identify material sustainability matters and reports against EU Taxonomy and TCFD-related disclosures. Climate reporting covers group Scope 1, location-based and market-based Scope 2, and material and non-material Scope 3 categories, while the workforce disclosure records 16,439 employees at year-end.
