Annual Report

The report presents NN Group's 2025 performance through an ESRS-based Sustainability Statement and a Double Materiality Assessment covering environmental, social and governance matters. It reports net-zero ambitions for proprietary investments, insurance and banking activities by 2050 and for own operations by 2040. Own-operations GHG emissions fell 47% from the 2019 base year, exceeding the 2025 interim reduction target. The report also discloses a year-end workforce of 16,188 employees and includes limited assurance by KPMG over the Sustainability Statement.
