Overview

The report presents NN's inaugural 2021 sustainability strategy as four pillars covering people, sustainable operations, sustainable components and business management. It states that TCFD and SASB were used in developing the strategy and that a comprehensive ESG materiality assessment was conducted. Operationally, all offices and six manufacturing locations achieved zero lost-time incidents in 2021.
