Overview

The report presents Novaland Group's 2021 performance through an Integrated Report incorporating sustainable development disclosures and GRI Standards. Selected 2021 sustainability indicators were audited with limitations by PwC (Vietnam) Limited. The Group reported 1,765 employees at year-end and highlighted more than VND 320 billion contributed to community programs. Sustainability priorities included SDG alignment, stakeholder engagement, environmental impact management, human development, training, and community value creation.
