Report on ESG Principles

The report describes NoHo Partners' identification of ESG focus areas in 2021, the creation of an 2022-2025 sustainability roadmap, and reporting that mainly covered Finnish operations. It reports 2,100 employees and turnover of 186.1 MEUR, alongside 85% job satisfaction. Environmental actions included piloting ResQ Club in seven restaurants and selling more than 1000 surplus-food servings.
