People and Planet Report

The report covers Nokia Group's 2020 sustainability performance, including a recalibrated SBTi-accepted climate target, extensive climate and resource data, digital-inclusion programs, ethical-business controls, human-rights due diligence and workforce diversity. It reports 89,978 employees, 44% female Board representation, 116,300 metric tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 35,595,100 metric tons CO2e of Scope 3 emissions, and 1,299,000 m3 of water use. Selected sustainability indicators received limited assurance from Deloitte Oy.
