Annual Report

The report presents Nokia's 2021 sustainability approach around Climate, Integrity and Culture, with SDGs 8, 9 and 13 identified as the most material goals. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 124 300 tCO2e, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 224 500 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 40 634 700 tCO2e, alongside a 50% value-chain reduction target by 2030 and net zero by 2050. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board and Group Leadership Team, while women represented 22% of the workforce and 38% of Board members.
