Overview

The report describes the NRI Group's CSR priorities and fiscal 2011 progress across environmental protection, governance, employee engagement and stakeholder programs. Environmental initiatives included a 23.0% reduction in office CO2 emissions to 15,243 t - CO2 and reuse of around 4,000 monitors with around 351 tonnes of CO2 reduction effectiveness. The workforce table reports 6,881 NRI Group employees, while compliance hotlines were used five times and all reports were investigated.
