CSR Report

The report describes Nordea's first application of GRI G4, a new group-wide materiality and CSR focus-area process, and governance changes led by a CSR Committee. It presents social and environmental performance data, including employee, emissions, water and waste information, and reports Nordea's work on human rights, financial inclusion, responsible lending and investments. The report also includes a limited assurance engagement covering the CSR Report and corresponding GRI Index.
