Sustainability Report

The report describes Nordex Group's 2023 sustainability performance, including submission of near-term and net-zero targets to the SBTi for validation. Scope 1 emissions rose to 53,876 t CO2e, while total energy use increased to 249,864.3 MWh, partly due to the first full year of chartering a transport vessel. Waste generation reached 29,340 t, with 28% recovered. The company also reported 10,133 employees, an LTIF of 1.2, and an 18.9% share of women in management.
