Overview

The report presents Nordex Group's 2025 return to profitable growth, with sales of EUR 7,553.5 million, EBITDA of EUR 631.0 million and free cash flow of EUR 863.3 million. Sustainability reporting is prepared under ESRS and includes a double materiality assessment, SBTi-validated climate targets and a 2050 net-zero commitment. The Group reports 39,597 t CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 28,855 t CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 5,216,234 t CO2e of Scope 3 emissions, alongside a 24.6% renewable energy share. Workforce totaled 11,113 employees, while women represented one-third of the Supervisory Board.
