Overview

The report describes Northam's 2025 sustainability performance across its South African mining operations, including a workforce of 23 315 people and three workplace fatalities. It reports 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 60 874 CO2e tonnes and Scope 2 emissions of 1 655 006 CO2e tonnes, alongside a 27% absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 reduction target by 2030 from a 2019 baseline.
