Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Northrop Grumman's 2015 corporate responsibility priorities across governance, environmental sustainability, people and communities. It reports a 22.7% reduction in absolute GHG emissions from 2010 to 2015, a CDP score of 100, and commitments to reduce absolute GHG emissions 30% by 2020 and potable water use 20%. It also highlights 27% female representation in the total employee population, 24.5% female management representation, and more than $31.7 million in community donations. The GHG inventory received reasonable assurance while Scope 3 Business Travel received limited assurance.
