Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Northrop Grumman's 2016 sustainability performance, including a 29% reduction in GHG emissions from the 2010 base year, third-party verification of Scope 1, location-based Scope 2, Business Travel Scope 3 and water inventories, and an A- CDP Climate Change rating. It also reports approximately 67,000 employees and provides company-wide workforce diversity metrics, including 26.9% female employees and 50% female senior executives.
