Sustainability Focus Report

The report highlights efforts to use animal-industry by-products more fully, including facility measures that reduced energy use at the Skjeberg hide facility by 23 percent since 2021. Nortura commissioned lifecycle assessments of the environmental impacts of its livestock production, completed in October 2023. The report also notes the launch of an animal welfare program for sheep, extending the parent company's welfare work.
