Overview

The report presents the Group's 2022 sustainability progress across sourcing, responsible operations, labour, product excellence, and communities. It reports 57,628 t of fleet catch, with 87% evidencing sustainable origin, and 38,281 t of own-farm aquaculture production, all with sustainable source. Climate action includes a 3% annual Scope 1 and 2 reduction pathway toward a 50% reduction scenario in 2040 from a 2020 baseline, alongside a 2040 carbon-neutral/net-zero commitment. The report also records 11,514 Group employees and progress on traceability, water, waste, certifications, and community initiatives.
