Overview

The report covers Nuvoton's consolidated 2024 sustainability performance across Taiwan, Japan and overseas subsidiaries, including 123,527 t-CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 578,604 t-CO2e of Scope 3 emissions. It reports SBTi targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 48.8% and Scope 3 emissions by 25% by 2030. Social highlights include 3,719 employees worldwide, the first human rights due diligence report, and no fatal occupational accidents. Nuvoton also states a 2050 net carbon zero goal and obtained independent assurance from TÜV Rheinland Taiwan Ltd.
