Overview

The report describes NZ Post's FY21 transformation into a single-brand delivery business while strengthening its networks, people focus and integrated value-creation approach. It sets an approved target to reduce carbon emissions by 32% from the 2018 baseline and become carbon neutral from 2030. Gross FY21 emissions were reported at 112.0 tCO2e (k), before carbon credits. The report also updates its stakeholder-based materiality process by prioritising the top eight issues and introducing shorter check-ins.
