The report presents NZX's 2023 sustainability and resilience performance across a formal double materiality assessment, GRI-aligned ESG reporting, and the first climate statement under New Zealand's climate disclosure regime. The company confirmed a 21% absolute reduction target for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2025 from a 2019 baseline and reported 529.8 tCO2e of total GHG emissions including employee commuting. NZX also reported its third consecutive year of Toitu net carbonzero certification and highlighted that women represented 57% of the Board.
