Integrated Annual Report

The report presents OHLA Group's 2023 sustainability strategy across sustainable business, responsible management and social progress, with more than 82% of Sustainability Plan objectives achieved. It reports validated near-term SBTi targets, including a 46.2% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2031, and discloses group emissions across all three scopes. The report also records a year-end headcount of 12,408 employees and continued progress on diversity, safety and social investment.
