Annual Report

The report introduces the company's first Sustainability Framework, organized around people, planet and prosperity, and sets a goal of becoming New Zealand's most sustainable aged care provider. It reports the first measurement of the company's carbon footprint, independently audited by EKOS, and sets an aspiration for carbon neutrality by 2030. The report also details the company's extensive COVID-19 response, including pandemic planning, visitor controls, infection-control measures and daily wellbeing support for residents.
