Annual Report

The report describes a transformational year in which OCI completed major portfolio divestments and focused sustainability reporting on its remaining operations. It voluntarily reported in accordance with ESRS and reassessed its double materiality assessment to reflect the changed Group structure. Reported total Scope 1 emissions fell by 85% compared with the prior year, while the report continued to emphasize lower-carbon ammonia, methanol, and fertilizers. The sustainability statement was subject to limited independent assurance by PwC.
