Overview

The report describes OHB Group's 2022 ecological and social performance, including a double-materiality review and a Group-wide sustainability strategy still being developed. It reports resource consumption for three major locations, employee programs and diversity measures, including around 3,000 employees and a 22% female workforce share. The Taxonomy disclosure reports 0% taxonomy-aligned turnover, CapEx and OpEx, while identifying taxonomy-eligible but non-aligned expenditures. An independent practitioner performed limited assurance over the separate non-financial Group report under ISAE 3000.
