Corporate Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is ONGC's first sustainability report for 2009-10 and covers its domestic exploration and production operations, excluding joint ventures and subsidiaries. It highlights a 51 MW wind power project in Gujarat and the registration of CDM projects as part of its renewable-energy and carbon-management efforts. The report also describes a GHG accounting pilot covering nine representative installations and reproduces an external assurance statement by Det Norske Veritas AS.
