Responsible Business Report

Overview

The report presents Old Mutual's five-pillar responsible-business framework covering customers, investment, communities, employees and environmental management. In 2015, its community rugby programme operated across nine centres and 16 communities, with more than 2,500 children benefiting. The company also launched the Tekwane Tree Seedling Nursery in partnership with Friends of the Environment and retained its Top Employer in Africa recognition.
