Overview

The report presents Ominvest Group's 2025 consolidated revenue of RO 557.16 million, up 17%, and profit attributable to shareholders of RO 40.24 million. It also reports publication of the Group's third Sustainability Report through the MSX ESG Disclosure platform, covering 30 prescribed ESG metrics. During the year, Ominvest implemented Squarely to centralize ESG data workflows, approval controls and audit trails, while ESG oversight was assigned to MIC and NREC.
