Integrated Annual Report

The report records that Omnia's Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell 16% against its FY24 baseline and that renewable energy represented approximately 11% of total energy consumption. It reports zero fatalities and describes expanded safety, wellbeing and employee development programmes during FY26. The report also highlights stronger oversight of ESG priorities and steps to improve disclosure quality and assurance readiness.
