The report presents OMV Group's 2009 sustainability performance across environmental, social, and economic topics. It reports 11.7 million tonnes of direct GHG emissions, 147.8 PJ of energy consumption, 65 mn m3 of water consumption, and 518,227 t of total waste. The workforce total was 35,316 employees, while five fatalities occurred during the year. The report meets the GRI A+ Application Level and includes Deloitte's limited assurance over GHG and waste data.
