Overview

The report describes OMV's Resourcefulness concept as the framework for integrating sustainability into its oil and gas business. It reports 2012 group energy consumption of 125.2 PJ and detailed Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions. Safety performance included three fatalities, while the report also details human-rights management, community initiatives, workforce development and compliance programs supported by a GRI A+ report and limited Ernst & Young assurance.
