CSR Report

The report describes Ono's newly established CSR Committee and company-wide focus on priority areas covering human resources and human rights, the environment, fair operating practices and society. It reports 2,807 consolidated employees as of March 31, 2013. FY2012 environmental disclosures include 498,000 GJ of total energy input, 26,500 tons of CO2 emissions and a target to reduce CO2 emissions by 23% from the 2005 level by 2020. The report also highlights employee training, community cleanups, patient information and dementia-related support activities.
