CSR Report

The report describes the company's FY2018 CSR activities, including a 2030 greenhouse-gas reduction target covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3, progress on energy, water and waste management, and participation in the CDP, where it received an A climate score and B water score. It also documents the company's approval of science-based reduction targets, renewable-energy certificate purchases and broad social and employee initiatives. Selected sustainability information was subject to Deloitte Tohmatsu Sustainability's limited assurance engagement.
