Responsible Investing Report

Overview

The report presents Ontario Teachers' responsible-investing model as board-governed across four principles: integrate, engage, influence and evolve. It reports 25,510 resolutions voted at 2,203 meetings in 48 countries, including 419 ESG-related shareholder proposals. It also describes expansion of carbon-footprint reporting to private holdings and use of an ESG Maturity Framework to assess portfolio companies.
