Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes FY2025 ESG performance across the Group's Singapore and PRC operations, with materiality assessment reviewed by management, the ESG Working Group and the Board. It reports 3,101.68 tCO2e of total GHG emissions, including an expanded Scope 3 calculation covering Category 1 purchased goods and services. Total energy consumption was 403,676.36 kWh and water consumption was 2,364.60 m3. The Group had 128 employees and reported no work-related fatalities during FY2025.
