Overview

The report presents the Group's 2023 financial and governance performance, including total assets of EUR 3,868.3 million and profit after tax of EUR 103.0 million. Group employment increased to 500 people, with women representing 49% of the total workforce. Environmental actions included recycling, energy-saving lighting, paper reduction and hybrid or electric company cars. The Board adopted an ESG Roadmap covering the first four SSM expectations and submitted it to the Bank of Greece.
