Annual Report

The report describes Mobistar’s 2012 focus on customer transparency, including new subscriptions, revised service and an internal ombudsman. Its CSR programme introduced a management-level CSR committee and a stakeholder dialogue to shape the next CSR strategy. Environmental highlights include certified 100% renewable energy use and reported reductions in travel, paper and CO2 emissions. The report also provides dedicated CSR indicator tables covering environmental and employee performance.
