Overview

The report consolidates ORIX's previously separate Sustainability Report into an Integrated Report covering Group-wide ESG progress for the fiscal year ended March 2023. It reports Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 1,121,285 t-CO2e and a 50% GHG reduction goal by 2030, alongside a net-zero goal for 2050. Renewable energy generation capacity in operation reached 3.7 GW, while the Board of Directors supervised sustainability governance and approved the Sustainability Committee's deliberations.
