Consolidated Annual Financial Statements

The report presents RE's first annual report prepared with consideration of forthcoming CSRD/ESRS requirements, including a double materiality assessment and EU Taxonomy disclosures. It reports 2024 gross GHG emissions of approximately 73,745 tons CO2eq and a validated net-zero target for operations and the value chain by 2040. EU Taxonomy-aligned shares were 91% of turnover, 92% of OpEx, and 93% of CapEx. The group had 581 permanent employees at year-end, with women representing 35%.
