Sustainability Report

The report describes the Daigas Group's FY2024.3 environmental and social performance, including about 25.63 million tons of combined value-chain GHG emissions, a 22.4% renewable share in its Japan power-generation portfolio, and diversity results of 26.7% women executives, 20.0% women directors, 15.9% women among employees promoted to middle management, and 32.8% women among career-track recruits. It also records the Group's ongoing transition toward carbon neutrality and its strengthened sustainability governance.
