The report presents OSKVI's first sustainability-priorities framework, built around employee welfare, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility. The company formally established its CSR policy, launched the OSKVI Community Programme, provided employees with an average of 29 training hours, and began practical energy-reduction and paper-recycling initiatives during 2012.
