Overview

The report describes OSKVI's 2015 sustainability activities across employee welfare, environmental management and social responsibility. Employees completed more than 200 training hours, averaging 3.17 business days per employee, and the workforce was reported as 67% female. Environmental actions included encouraging paperless work, installing recycling bins and printing the Annual Report on eco-friendly paper. Community initiatives included a blood donation drive, OSK Health Day and a Back to School visit supporting 21 underprivileged children.
