Integrated Annual Report

The report describes OSKVI's FY2025 financial performance, including RM23.96 million of revenue and RM13.40 million of profit after tax, alongside continued portfolio growth. It highlights the formalisation of a Responsible Investment Policy and the integration of ESG considerations across the investment lifecycle. The Sustainability Statement reports operational Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions, while women comprised 40% of the five-member Board. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by the Executive Committee, Chief Sustainability Officer and Sustainability Working Group.
