Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes the OTP Group's 2010 corporate social responsibility performance across nine countries, with reporting prepared in compliance with the GRI G3 guidelines at application level B+. It reports 38 292 employees, group-level energy and environmental data, responsible banking initiatives, community support and employee programs. KÖVET independently verified the report's data collection procedures and sustainability performance.
