Sustainability Report

The report describes an updated materiality analysis that added diversity, equity and inclusion as a priority. It reports forming a global DE&I Council and says five of ten international Supervisory Board members were women. Ottobock's first carbon footprint gave a 2020 baseline of 110 kt CO2e, 79% of which was Scope 3; the company had decided to set a 2030 climate target, but had not yet quantified it.
