Sustainability Report

The report describes Outokumpu's 2014 sustainability performance across continuing operations, highlighting recycled content above 85%, a 9% reduction in the carbon profile against the 2007-2009 baseline, and total energy use of 8,348,894 MWh. It reports 12,125 year-end employees and a contractor fatality during the year, alongside environmental management, water, waste, supply-chain and biodiversity programs. The report follows GRI G3 Application Level B+, includes a limited assurance engagement by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, and documents Board oversight of corporate responsibility.
