Overview

The report describes OCBC's five-pillar sustainability strategy and its implementation of TCFD recommendations. In 2021, the bank achieved S$34 billion in sustainable finance commitments and set a new S$50 billion target for 2025. It also continued investing in its global workforce, reporting more than 30,800 employees and extensive sustainability learning programmes.
