Sustainability Report

The report describes Encana's 2018 sustainability performance across its North American direct operations, with emphasis on ESG materiality, climate risk and operational efficiency. It reports direct GHG emissions of 3,312,645 metric tons CO2e and explains methane and fugitive-emissions management, while stating that TCFD recommendations are being incrementally adopted. The report also highlights Board and CREHS oversight, water management, a fifth consecutive safest year, 2,065 employees and 17% female board representation. Encana states that the report was not externally assured.
