Overview

The report describes Oxford Biomedica's ESG mission and a governance structure in which the Board oversees climate-related matters through an ESG Committee. In 2023, the Group used CDP for the first time and formally committed to the SBTi, while calculating 828.36 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 2,903.93 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 1,542.84 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The Group also reports 714 employees at 31 December 2023 and 45% women on the Board.
