The report describes Pacific Basin's 2009 shipping operations, including a volatile market recovery and the expansion of its towage business and first RoRo vessel entering service. It highlights vessel environmental measures such as propeller boss cap fins, CASPER performance monitoring and increased use of shore reception facilities. The company says its management system conforms to the ISM Code and is certified to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001.
